ANSWER & CONSENT DONALD R. HARRIS, being duly sworn, deposes and says:

I am the Director of the Rensselacr Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Critical Facility.
2.
The RPI Reactor Facility has less than one HEU fuel element on-sight iri addition to the reactor core.
3.
RPI consents to the provisions set forth in Section III of the Order to Show Cause issued by the United States of America Nuclear Regulatory Commission, John C. Hoyle, Acting Secretary.
