, The enclosed letter dated May 10, 1985, informed you of the issuance of a bill for partial review of ten topical reports pursuant to the pro-l visions of 10 CFR 170 of the Comission's regulations. Bill No. D0288 was issued on May 13,1985, for $104,206 and covered the period from filing of the reports through June 23, 1984. A final bill was issued to your Corporation on July 18, 1985, with an additional notice sent on August 13, 1985, showing principal, interest and penalty charges through August 13. The penalty charges, in accordance with 4 CFR 102.13(e),
accrue beginning 30 days from the original billing date. Accordingly, the penalty charge as of August 13, 1985, was actually $1,079.19 ($17.13 x 63 days) rather than $51.39 (3 days) as shown on the previous bill.
As of the date of this letter, payment has not been received. Interest on the bill continues to accrue at the rate of $25.69 per day with penalty charges of $17.13 added per day until payment is received.
Section 170.41 of 10 CFR 170 provides that:
"In any case where the Commission finds that an applicant or a l licensee has failed to pay a prescribed fee required in this part. I l the Cocnission will not process any application and may suspend or I I
revoke any license or approval issued to the applicant or licensee l or my issue an order with respect to licensed activities as the

10 CFR Part 15 provides that the NRC my refer claims for payment of debts owed the United States to the General Accounting Office or to the Department of Justice for collection.
