of recent-NRC Inspection' Reports that addressed similar. problems.

In order.to address-the results of the broader. scope. concern i analysis,J the' following iactions have_ been taken and are planned

First,_the' specific items. identified _'in Inspection Report 85-04 that did. not i comply with the Calibration: Program.

1 requirements have been corrected. ~Second,.a review of.all "HP"

. series procedures _that address. instrument. calibration against the E

requirements of ANSI N-18.7 L will be conducted and these same procedures will'be revised'as necessary.

In concert'with this review, Administrative proceduresLwill be:revisedLto clarify.the useLof the "HP";seriesfprocedures as a calibration proce' dure,and y

oto assure:that:the requirement:of. ANSI N-18.7 regarding frequencyL erg -
