On November 6-8,
1985, NRC inspected ac'ivities authorized by NRC Operating
Licensee Nos. R-66 and R-123 for your Unhersity of Virginia Reactor (UVAR) and
Cavalier facility.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were

areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities
in progress.
