Dear Ms. Pederson:

In response to your confirmatory action letter (CAL NO.' Rlll-95-001) dated May 5,1995, regarding Process Technology, Inc.'s (PTI) NRC Byproduct Material License No. 21-25900-01, I am notifying you that PTl has completed action items 1 through 4 in your letter. A completed NRC Form 314 and a copy of the close-out wipe test of the storage facility in Calumet, Mt. are enclosed.

However, I am still awaiting a complete list of customers who posses PTl gauges from Robert Brown. He is in possession of PTI's wipe test records which were moved with him to Bouldor, CO where he is now employed with Denver Autometrics, Inc. who bought lthe assets for the PTl analyzer business.

Unfortunately, Mr. Brown is traveling this week and has not forwarded the latest set of information to me. As PTl's former Vice President, Process Control, Mr.

Brown has the latest set of test records for each of PTI's customers. He has promised to send the list directly to you next week along with the survey he conducted upon vacating the Columbus, OH facility. He may be reached at (303) 530-1600.
