This Modification No. 4 is being issued to extend the period of performance of this ccntract through September 30,.1986. The contract is hereby modified as follows:
Article II - Period of Performance is deleted in its entirety and the following is inserted in lieu thereof:
" Article II - Period of Performance The period of performance under this contract shall comence on September 26, ~
1983 and continue until September 30, 1986."
