' DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 Pursuant to the Salem Unit 2 Environmental Technical Specification, Section 5.5.2, enclosed is the renewed final NJPDES Permit Number 0005622, effective date December 1, 1985.
Also enclosed is the letter dated November 14, 1985, to the NJDEP, Division of-Water Resources, requesting an adjudicatory hearing and outlining contested permit requirements.
