Dear Mr. Bossong:
This is in response to your letter dated October 9,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), 17 categories of records written during or since January 1,1984. This confirms the information relayed during subsequent telephone conversations between you and Linda Robinson, Chief, Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts Branch.
The NRC's responses to the previous two related F01A' requests from your organization are maintained in the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR) in folders F01A-83-266 (Clewett) and F01A-84-351-(Totten). Amon.g other things, those responscs identify the pertinent records which NRC routinely makes available in the PDR.
In addition, Ms. Robinson informed you that NRC now also routinely places copies of Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) reports in the PDR docket files. Ms. Robinson suggested that you review NRC's responses to those previous F0IA requests and the referenced records and submit a separate F0IA request for any additional specific records in which you may be interested, e.g., F01A-83-306 and F01A-83-373 which were related to F01A-83-266. As agreed, we held the request open awaiting your review of those records and a subsequent telephone call to Ms. Robinson.
Inasmuch as we have not heard from you agaia on this matter, we are closing our file on your request. However, if you have any interest in additional specific records, you may, of course, submit another F0IA request.
