'2 CHAIRMAN PALLADINO: Good morning, ladies and 3 gentlemen. This is an attirmation discussion session.

4 There's one item ready for vote, and I'll ask the secretary to 5 lead us through that item.

6 MR. CHILK: The item is 85-34th), policy statement 7 on confidentiality. But before we can do that I need to ask 8 the Commission to vote to hold it on less than one week *s 9 notice.

11 MR. CHILK: The subject is SECY 85-34th), policy 12 statement on confidentiality. The Commission in this paper is 13 asked to approve the statement presenting the Commission 14 policy for protecting the identity of individuals who have 15 been promised confidentiality. All Commissioners have approved

} 16 the policy statement as modified by the Chairman and i

17 Mr. Roberts and Mr. Zech and as attached to the memorandum 18 that we circulated to you.

19 Would you please affirm your votes?
