50-328 By the November 20, 1985 letter from H. G. Parris to W. J. Dircks, we provided the details and structure of the TVA Employee Concern Program (TVA ECP).
In part E of the TVA ECP, which addresses the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, we stated that investigation of the employee concerns, as specified in section II of part E, would be completed by December 15, 1985. All of the concerns will not be investigated by this date; however, the concerns will be handled in accordance with the procedures specified in the employee concern program.
Carl Stahle of your staff was notified on December 13 of the deviation to this comitment.
