Task Order No. 1.' Modification No. 1 under Contract No. NRC-04-95-065 b

j The purpose of this modification is to:

(1) decrease the task order ceiling-l l.

amount by $32.962.84 from $90.367.00 to $ 57,404.16. and (2) extend the period-i

of performance through September 30, 1996, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.

The extension will enable the previously suspended amount of 12,468.87 to be paid to ICF for costs incurred after the initial expiration date of July 23. 1996.

Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:

The third paragraph of the definitization letter is revised as follows:

" Task Order No. 1 shall be in effect from July 24, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with an estimated cost of $57.404.16"

All other terms and conditions, of the subject task order, remain unchanged.
