A&M UNIVERSITY AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION 1

The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from November 30, 1996, to November 30, 1997, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Therefore, the Government hereby accepts the Grantee's letter dated September 7, 1996, which is incorporated herein by reference.
