NRC-02-96-004 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) revise the Statement of Work to include work to performed in the areas of geotechnical engineering and health physics. and (2) increase the contract ceiling amount by 5665,683.00 from 5589,390.00 to $1.255,073.00 in order to issue task orders in this area.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Under Section B.3, Consideration and Obligations--Task Order, paragraph (a) is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"(a)
The Maximum Ordering Limitation (MOL) for products and services ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract is
$1,255,073.00. The Contracting Officer may place order with the contractor during the contract period provided the aggregate amount of such orders does not exceed the MOL."
2.
The contractor shall perform the effort described in the attached Statement of Work, which is inserted as Section C.11, and their technical proposal dated November 12, 1996, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this contract.
All other terms and conditions, of the subject contract, remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations, from the date of award through the date of this action, are provided below:
