- 3. Article IV, " Total Amount of Contract," is deleted in its entirety. The following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Article IV - Total Amount of Contract The total amount obligated pursuant to this contract is $34,036.65."
As a result of this Modification No. 5, the total amount obligated pursuant to this contract is increased by $8,286.66, from $25,749.99 to $34,036.65.
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
