SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS The Security Services Department procured a new software program to support the fitness for duty program. The program provides "real time" information for automatic denial of access following a pre-access positive test. The program tracks " excused" random test, a tool that may be used to evaluate a pattern of encused testing by a supervisor. The program makes those individuals with unescorted accesa authorization immediately eligible for the random test using "real time" information.

SUMMARY

OF EVENTS One licensee employee tested positive for alcohol on a random test.

One licensee employee tested positive for marijuana on a random test.

One licensee employee tested positive for marijuana as a result of a for-cause test. The test was performed at limits of detection following a period of extensive absenteeism.

One pre access contractor tested positive for amphetamine.
