) SERVER D'" 1985 ORDER By telephone call on October 29, 1985, CCANP requested an additional one-day extension of time, from November 4 to November 5, 1985, within which to file its proposed Phase II findings of fact and conclusions of law. CCANP stated that its request was premised on the time it needed to have its proposed findings printed. The NRC Staff did not object. The Applicants opposed CCANP's request on the ground that CCANP had already been granted sufficient time within which to file its proposed findings.

The Board has decided to grant CCANP's request. Other parties are granted similar extensions of time, as follows:
