' Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Certificate of Compliance (COC) USA /9781/B()F for the M-160 spent fuel shipping container expires.on July 31, 1997.

Renewal of this NRC COC is requested.

There has been no operational experience or container modification that would preclude continued use of the M-160 container.
