Task Order _ No. 6. Modification No. 2 Under Contract No. NRC-04 50 Entitled " Individual Plant Examination of External Events (IPEiO Submittal Reviews of Group 3 Nuclear Power Plants" The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost to the Government. Paragraph 2. sentence no. 1 of the definitization letter dated May 18, 1995 is deleted and replaced with the following:
"The 3eriod of performance for Task Order No. 6 is May 19,1995 through Decem)er 31, 1997."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:
