On February 10, 1997, representatives of NEI and American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) met with representatives of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) l
- from 10:30 a.m. until noon at the NRC's offices in Rockville, Maryland. A list of the meeting attendees is attached.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the new nuclear insurance worker policy forms that will become effective on January 1,1998. Mr. Quattrocchi i
of ANI explained the features of the new form and the differences between the new form and the present forms. The new form will be submitted to the NRC in approximately one week for. review and acceptance to satisfy the financial

protection requirements of the Price-Anderson Act.
