Dear Mr. Weber:
With reference to activities authorized by NRC License SNM-1097 at the GE fuel fabrication plant in Wilmington, North Carolina, GE requests approval of the attached twenty-six FNMCP changes pursuant to 10 CFR 70.34. For our convenience, we are categorizing all attached changes as 70.34 in this.one request; however, some of these changes could be considered 10 CFR 70.32(c) changes.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.70(d), GE requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure as it contains information which identifies GE procedures for safeguarding licensed SNM.
