s-This is in response to your letter dated October 30, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), access to recot;ds concerning all Nuclear Regulatory Commission forms DOE /NRC 741 regarding ' shipments of nuclear reactor fuel entering the United States at
^jpprts, airports or via highways in Oregon and Washington from 1970 through 0ctober 1985,_and copies of the import licenses for those shipments.

In'your conference call with members of the NRC staff on November 13, 1985, you redefined t,he scope of your request to NRC records providing, by year from 1975 or the year in which such data were entered into the computer through October 1985, for all irradiated fuel shipments entering the United States
