The purpose of this modification is to: (1) extend the period of performance, effective 3G8/97 through 3/27/98; (2) revise the Statement of Work to incorporate an option year, specify supply I requirements, identify Government furnished property, and revise the reporting requirements, as attached; and (3) provide funding in the amount of $2,135.98, which increases the cooperative ;
agreement ceiling and total obligated amounts from $20,338.77 to $22,474.75. Accordingly, the !
following changes are hereby made to the " Notice of Cooperative Agreement"-
