NEUTRON MONITORING SYSTEM HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 As a result of the telecon held on December 9, 1985 between representatives of Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G), Bechtel, General Electric (GE) and the NRC concerning physical separation in the Neutron Monitoring System; PSE&G hereby provides the attached report, " Single Failure Analysis for the Neutron Monitoring and Process Radiation Monitoring System" as amended (attached).
This report was initially submitted for NRC review under cover from R.L. Mittl (PSE&G) to W.
Butler (NRC) dated October 15, 1985.
