Dear Mr. Lottman:
.As one of the parties to the proceeding in the matter of Union Electric Company's application for a license to operate the Callaway Plant, Unit No. 1, you have been receiving copies to the applicant originated by the Division of Licensing during our review of the application and recent licensing of the. Station.
Documents filed by the licensee and correspondence from us regarding the operation of the facility will continue to be made available in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and local public document rooms.
In addition, NRC field offices or headquarters will issue public announcements should any significant. events occur with respect to the facility.
If you believe that these sources of information will not adequately serve your needs, arrangements can be made for you to continue to receive copies of NRC correspondence which are sent to the licensee during the next year.
If you wish to continue this service, please let us know within a month of the date of this letter, or you will automatically be taken off our service' list. You may also wish to contact the licensee directly to ask for_ copies of documents filed with the NRC.
