SUBJECT:
INSPECTION OF DESIGN ADEQUACY PROGRAM A. Vietti-Cook's memorandum dated November 26, 1985 requested that trip reports be written for inspections conducted during October through December 1985.
During the week of October 28 to November 1,1985, IE conducted its initial inspection of the Design Adequacy Program at TERA's offices in Bethesda, MD.
The inspection covered Phase 3 scope validation, review checklists and personnel qualifications, and will be documented in an IE inspection report.
