Dear Mr. McCoy:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between you and myself on April 3. 1997 concerning a meeting requested by you which is scheduled for May 5. 1997 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The purpose of the conference is to discuss recent safeguards issues at your Vogtle facility.
The location of the conference will be at the NRC Region II office. 61 Forsyth Street. SW. Suite 23T85. Atlanta. Georgia.
Please note that this is located in the new Atlanta Federal Building.
This conference will not be open to public observation.
