That I-am employed by CYGNA Energy Services, Inc.,
101 California St.,
Suite 1000, San Francisco, CA 94111 as Project Manager of the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Independent Assessment Program.
That I have been Project Manager.for CYGNA with respect to its work at Comanche Peak since the inception of that work.
I have recently learned that Management Analysis Company ("MAC") conducted a study and prepared a report relating to Quality Assurance and Quality Control at Comanche

Peak.
I first became aware of that report on June 25, 1985.
Prior to that time I had no knowledge of this MAC report or its possible relationship to requests by the Interveno'r, CASE, for discovery of certain types of Comanche Peak documents.

'f As Project Manager for the CYGNA work I have checked with the following CYGNA employees who have been or are significantly involved with the Comanche Peak project and have been advised that none of them had knowledge of the MAC report prior to June 1985.
