Dear George:
Enclosed is a first~ draft of a report documenting our efforts over the past six weeks in regard to obtaining a replacement contractor for architect-engineering and con-struction' management services at STP.
I have prepared a Recommendations section and have taken a stab at a quantitative evaluation, the form of which'is in Attachment 2.
I used a point scale of 1, 2 and 3, with "one" being the best.
I thought it beat, however, that you be able to consider your conclusions without the influence of this amateur's ranking.
