CA QMD8 40S-559-4061 Mr. Lanny Sinkin 114 Vest 7th, Suite 220 Austin, Tx. 78701 Dear Mr. Sinkin This letter responds to your November 8th inquiry regarding my participation in the South Texas Project ASLB hearings next March. I have only been in the office three days in the past fifteen, and have been unable to respond formally until now.
In the interim period, I have given the matter considerable thought and have decided that_my personal involvement should be limited to contractual arrangements with either Quadrex Corporation, my former employer, or Houston Lighting and Power Company, for whom the Quadrex Report study was performed. If called upon and assuming that my work schedule commitments permitted, I would participate in the hearings should either of these two firms provide the necessary financial support for such participation.
I do not believe that other contractual relationships outside of a Quadrex or HL&P framework for the South Texas Project are in the best interest of furthering either my professional career or the planned growth of Zytor, Inc.
I do appreciate your interest, and hope,that you will understand the basis for my position.
