DPR-79, to change the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 technical specifications. These revised pages address comments from Melante Miller of your staff and correct inadvertent errors as described in the enclosures.

Enclosure I provides a description of editorial changes to our January 25, 1984 letter from L. M. Mills to E. Adensam (TVA-SQN-TS-52).

Enclosure 2 provides a description of editorial changes to our October 2, 1984 letter from L. M. Mills to E. Adensam and our September 27, 1985 letter from R. H. Shell to E. Adensam (TVA-SQN-TS-60).

Enclosure 3 provides a description of editorial changes to our October 22, 1984 letter from L. M. Mills to E. Adensam (TVA-SQN-TS-61).

Enclosure 4 provides a description of editorial changes to our November 7, 1984 letter from R. H. Shell to E. Adensam (TVA-SQN-IS-62). These revised pages add a statement to clarify LCO 3.8.3.1, " Containment Penetration Conductor Overcurrent Protective Devices."

These editorial changes, clarifications, and typographical error corrections are consistent with the intent of our original submittals, and the previously submitted justifications and no significant hazards consideration determinations remain applicable. The review by the Nuclear Safety Review Board is being performed concurrent with your review.
