- 1. Attached is the Quality Assurance Program for Shipment of 2" Plutonium-Beryllium neutron sources.
'Diis Quality Assurance Program is limited to the Shipment of 2" Plutonium-Beryllium neutron sources in Model DOT 6M packaging from Kirtland AFB, New Mexico to the United States Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico.
- 2. Please review and approve this Quality Assurance Program under the general license provisions of 10 CFR Part 71.12. If you have any questions please contact Captain Noel D. Montgomery, Kirtland AFB Radiation Safety Officer at (505)846-4259.
