Modification No. 5 to Task Order No.104 entitled. " Development of the Steam Generator Database" under NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to increase the level of effort of Task 1.1. by 695 staff-hours and delete Task 3 in its entirety from the task order:
increase the obligated amount in the task order by $42.815.00 from
$233.100.00 to $275.915.00; and increase the ceiling in the task order by
$42,808.00, from $233.107.00 to $275.915.00.
Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Third paragraph, second sentence, beginning with "The total cost is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The total cost ceiling is $275.915.00. of which the sum of $264.760.00 represents the reimbursable costs, and $11.155.00 represents the fixed fee."
This task order modification obligates funds in the amount of $42.815.00.
The amount obligated for full performance of this task order is $275.915.00.
