Enclosed is Revision 17 of the Seismic Category I Piping System Support and Hanger Discrepancies Summary Report for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
Toledo Edison (TED) is updating this report and submitting it to your office to keep your Staff notified of any new discrepancies, regardless of significance, which are identified during our reinspection of piping system hangers or supports.
As agreed to by Mr. Isa Yin of your staff and TED on November 21, 1985 at the exit meeting conducted for his inspection during the period of Novem-ber 19-21, 1985, we will continue to report the discrepancies identified which result from inspections of Seismic Category I piping system supports in those systems listed in Item 1.b. of Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) 85-13-(Log No. 1-1258) as well as those Seismic Category I piping system supports inside containment not listed in Item 1.b.
Once these NCRs have been reported, TED will submit a monthly report which updates the disposi-tions of these NCRs until they are completed.
In accordance with procedure NFEP-060, Processing Nonconformance Reports, Supplier Deviation Reports, and Supplier Deviation Disposition Requests, the NRC will be notified if a piping system is determined to be within interim allowable
