& Root and HL&P to bolster the ALARA capabilities on the South Texas Project culminating in the following actions:

Brown & Root as an interim measure while an active hiring effort for permanent Brown & Root Site capability was achieved.
Recent integration of all Houston ALARA, efforts under Mr. 5. Brown 2.

Recent hiring of Mr. R. Strickland by B&R as Site ALARA Reviewer.

In response to recomendations to speed-up the fomalization of the ALARA doctanentation and establistynent of the ALARA Team to perform the ALARA Re-review Program, we have taken the following(action with the con j
