Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 209 entitled " DEVELOP INPUT i
FOR FIRE PROTECTION FUNCTIONAL INSPECTION (FPFIT PROGRAM INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND GUIDANCE" under Contract No.
NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modificat..;n is to extend the period of performance of the task order from January 1. 1997 through March 31. 1997, at no extra cost to the Government. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph, first sentence, as modified in Modification No.1, beginning with " Task Order No. 209..." is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 209 shall be in effect April 23. 1996 through March 31, 1997."
It is hereby agreed that no increase in the ceiling amount of the. subject task order relative to this extension shall be required.
The issuance of this modification dces not amend any terms or conditions of the subject Task Order.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official.
authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the spaces provided below and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
