i ORDER Oral argument on the appeals of the Graterford inmates and Air and Water Pollution Patrol (AWPP) from the Licensing Board's July 22, 1985, Surth partial initial decision (LBP-85-25) will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 1985, in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland. The allotment of time for argument and the order of presentation is as follows:

Inmates 45 minutes

, AWPP 15 minutes PECo 25 minutes l

Pennsylvania 15 minutes NRC Staff 20 minutes Appellants each may reserve a portion of their time for rebuttal.
