NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO " MOTION FOR AMENDMENT OF SERVICE LISTS" On October 18, 1985, Intervenors Shoreham Opponents Coalition and the North Shore Committee Against Nuclear and Thermal Pollution moved, in light of the withdrawal of their counsel (James B. Dougherty) that the " service list" in this proceeding be revised so that copies of pleadings and other documents be served upon their respective lay representatives. The NRC Staff has no objection to this motion.
