TASK ORDER NO. 08, MODIFICATION NO. 2 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-92-045 ENTITLED "FURTHER PHENOMEN0 LOGICAL REVIEW"
Dear Dr. Khatib-Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost to the government.
The purpose of the modification is to allow the contractor to provide peer review support for models reviews that will not be ready until after the current task order expiration date of May 2,

1997. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
Paragraph two of the task order definitization letter is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
"The period of performance for Task Order No. 8 is May 3, 1996 through February 27, 1998."
l A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY96 Obligation Amount: $50,000.00 Total FY97 Obligation Amount: $33,251.04 Cumulative total of NRC obligations:
$83,251.04 This modification does not obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain the same.
Please incicate your acceptance of this task order by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
