Dear Sir:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(b), Florida Power Corporation (FPC) hereby submits its Annual Financial Report for 1996 and the Annual Financial Reports for eight (8) of the ten (10) participating owners of Crystal River Unit 3.
Due to delays in printing production, the City of Alachua and Kissimmee Utility Authority have not submitted their respjctive financial reports to date.
These reports will be forwarded upon the'f receipt by FPC.
