Dear Ms. Davenport:
On November 4, 1985 you filed a petition joining in Marvin Lewis' request for hearings on leak rate practices at Three Mile Island Units 1 and 2.
The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board referred Mr. Lewis' request to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board.
In ALAB-821, the Appeal Board dismissed Mr. Lewis' motion. Mr. Lewis did not petition the Commission to review that decision and the Commission decided not to review it on its own motion. Accordingly, the Lewis request for hearings has been denied by the NRC.
