Dear Mr. Ross:
The purpose of this letter is to provide you an update on four of the 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions you have submitted.
Specifically, the Petitions dated l
December 30, 1994, January 2, 5, and 15, 1995 (supplemented February 8 and 20, and October 14, 1995).
The January 15, 1995, Petition provided additional information, which the NRC requested, regarding your October 28, 1994, Petition.
In letters to you dated February 23, 1995, the NRC staff acknowledged receipt of the Petitions.
l Your four 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions are being reviewed by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. While it is not possible to accurately predict when the NRC's review will be complete, my estimate is that the Petitions dated December 30, 1994, and January 2 and 5, 1995, should be issued by the end of October with the remaining Director's Decision to follow by the end of 1996.
