(a) Telephone Call on August 15,1985, between L. E. Satyards, BG&E, and John R. White, NRC I&E Region I Gentlemen:
The subject Inspection Report identified several deficiencies which appeared to represent violations of NRC requirements and several other items. Due to the complex technical issues involved in these items, we requested an extension for the required response from ^,0 days to 60 days from the date of the Inspection Report. Based upon Reference (a), it is our understanding that this extension request has been granted by NRCI&E.
