records reflecting NRC's policies concerning drug use, drug screening, or i
urinalysis of individuals covered under NRC's authority.
This confirms the infomation relayed during your telephone conversation with Linda Robinson, Chief, Freedom of Infomation and Privacy Acts Branch, on December 3,1985.
i We are enclosing copies of a previous similar FOIA request, F0!A-84-827, and copies of NRC's response letters dated January 28, 1985, and April 10, 1985, l
identifying records that are available for public inspection and copying at 1
the NRC Public Document Room. We are also enclo;ing a copy of a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining records from the Public Document Room.
