Technical Specification Change Request for a Unitized Station Organization LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2 Facility Operating License NPF-11 and NPF-18 NRC Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-374
Reference:
W. T. Subalusky letter to U. S. NRC, Unitization Title Changes, dated February 5,1997 We had previously informed you by the above Reference that LaSalle County Station would be implementing a unitized station organization. Further, we were to submit a Technical Specification change request within sixty days after implementation of the new organization.
This letter is to inform you that we have decided not to pursue the unitized station organization and a Technical Specification change request is not required at this time. Based on Company decisions made and shared at a public meeting with Chairman Jackson on April 25,1997, we are pursuing other organizational changes. When the new organization is finalized, a Technical Specification change request will be submitted, as appropriate. This was discussed with the LaSalle County Project Manager from NRR on April?5,1997.
