In response to categories one and two, the staff has informed us that it has no document subject to your request.

In response to category three, the document identified on the enclosed Appendix A is already available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).

In response to category f.our, the document identified on the enclosed Appendix B is now available for public inspection and copying at the PDR in file F01A-85-724 under your name.

Enclosed is a copy of a notice which explains the procedures and charges for obtaining records from the PDR.
