The release of this report should be cleared with the Office of the General Counsel and the Comission.
This report also has been precessed by this office (October 16,1984) for release in response to F0IA 84-665. As of this cate, we understand the FOIA Branch has not made the releasc.
This office has genera'ted two other ROIs in reoard to Grand Gulf.
The deleted material.in th.e attached ROI refers to one of those two reports. Both reports would be denied for release under FOIA as investiqctory material exempt fron release under Exemption 7. ~~
