U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.1,2, and 3 Little Harbor Consultants, Inc. (LHC) was approved by the NRC on April 7,1997, as the contractor to execute the Independent Third Party Oversight Program (ITPOP) for the Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) Millstone site. This approval was pursuant to a requirement placed on NNECO by an NRC Order issued on October 24,1996. In order to effectively execute our responsibilities, it is requested that LHC be placed on the service list for the three units at the Millstone site, Dockets Nos. 50-245, 50-336, and 50-423.
