request proposes to modify Section 3/4.3.6.5.3.2 of the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS)
Technical Specifications to allow a change to the Filtration, Recirculation Ventilation System operational requirements.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering has reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91 (b). The State of New Jersey has determined that this change has minimal impact to plant safety and, therefore, has no comments.
