The procedure should be acceptable provided item lil A. 2 is emphasized-that the l

ASPO will be used "when reauested by the Reaion". Except for item B.6, the ASPO responsibilities noted are potentialitems of regional support. For Appendix A, two or three (vs. 6 for RI and RIV) assigned ASPOs per region would provide easier coordination.
