This follows up my April 22,1997 conversation with Mr. G. Roberts, INS Corporation, regarding your March 27,1997 letter to me, concerning the transfer of decommissioning financial assurance to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts following the March 21,1997 Agreement between the NRC and Commonwealth.
Evaluation of the financial instruments for allINS licenses is performed by NRC Region IV.
